A Letter from the Founders

Boutique Care Rooted in Family, Built with Purpose
We’re Faith Paras and Sarah Xiong. Two sisters, mothers, and daughters who founded Amenity Carehomes with one simple goal: to create a home we’d be proud to entrust to our own family.

Our First Milestone
In 2021, we opened our first home, Comforts of Home Gavirate, in Elk Grove, Sacramento, California. What started as a passion to bring comfort and dignity to older adults has since grown into a vision for graceful, boutique-style living that centers wellness, respect, and belonging.
Our home is tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance from parks and shops, a peaceful setting where every resident is cared for not as a patient, but as part of a family.
We serve elderly men and women aged 60 and up who need daily support, guidance, and heartfelt connection. No two residents are the same, so we tailor care with intention. Always with compassion at the center.
Expanding our Mission
As our journey continues, we are in the process of opening a new home dedicated to serving adults with developmental disabilities through our Adult Residential Facility (ARF) program. This space will reflect the same values we’ve upheld since day one: warmth, community, and personalized care in a home-like setting.
To us, Amenity Carehomes isn’t just a business. It’s a calling to serve families with the kind of attention and sincerity we’d want for our own loved ones.
